Amy Beth O
Amy is the four-time, award-winning author of Stuck with Mr. Wrong? Ten Steps to Starring in your own Life Story and Amazon Best-Selling co-author of A Juicy, Joyful Life.

Using a fun and effective movie-based approach combined with coaching techniques, she helps people to identify and remove the blocks that leave them feeling stuck?the things which keep them tied to unsatisfying jobs, block creativity, and prevent them from living fully and authentically. Her specialty is in helping people through the transition phase, or what she calls our Act Two, where we embrace change and step forward into the unknown. She enables her coaching clients, readers, and audiences to step outside themselves and view things from a different perspective?as though they were watching their lives unfold on the big screen. She encourages us to step into our starring roles as the leading characters of our own life stories. Amy excels at seeing possibilities and helping to identify solutions that will help you move forward.

Amy earned her Masters degree in training and development from the Lesley College School of Management, holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from Bridgewater State College, and is a Certified Career Coach.
