I was born in the East End of London. I am a former professional soccer player, coach and referee, musician and DJ. In between all this I had spells as a high school teacher and I left school at 16 and worked in a plastics factory for four mind-numbing years. One day I decided I?d had enough and put on my running shoes and ran to the local college. Using what I?d learned on the street, I convinced them to accept me on a Phys. Ed. degree, without any formal qualifications. Two years later I was given the award for student of the year, and on my way to the prestigious Loughborough University. I spent my college years surrounded by international high performance athletes, and I gained a Master?s Degree in Educational Psychology.

I emigrated to the US in the 1990s. Upon arrival, I met master mentor Jeff Leiken. Jeff has spent a number of years mentoring me. Jeff also introduced me to Dr. Joseph Riggio. Joseph has certified me as one of the very few people on the planet able to teach the Mythoself® process to others.

Today, I speak internationally about career direction, and I have clients across North America and Europe. I am also the designer of the Direction/Action® Process I live in Framingham with my wonderful wife Karin and our five kids. My kids go to the unique Sudbury Valley school, where they learn to follow their fascinations and trust their instincts.

I am a member of New England Speaker?s Association?s Fast Track Program, as well as President of 3 Talkers Toastmasters club. I am currently president of my local Business Networking International organization. Click here if you want Dennis to come and speak to your organization.
