Question
Technically and/or theoretically, can human DNA be used for human cloning?
Can human DNA, say, from blood or hair, be used to clone a human? If not, what prevents it? If so, what is the process? For this project (a novel) I'm not so much interested in the ethics of the question as the scientific reality. Can it be done and, if so, how?
