Question
Should CIOs have a place on the board?
CIOs struggle to have a real role in strategy (though at the C-level, many CIOs report to CFOs). How important is IT to an organization's strategy? Should CIOs have a seat on the board? Why or why not? Any CIOs that are on boards?
