This all-ages expe­ri­en­tial one-day fes­ti­val cel­e­brates the art of mak­ing tra­di­tion­ally fer­mented foods and bev­er­ages such as kim­chi, kom­bucha, kefir, pick­les, beer, sauer­kraut, wine, cider, cul­tured veg­eta­bles, and sour­dough bread, and empow­ers atten­dees to make these foods at home.

The Los Ange­les Fer­men­ta­tion Fes­ti­val will show­case local and regional experts on the his­tory, ben­e­fits and how-tos of fer­mented foods.

This all-ages, expe­ri­en­tial event cel­e­brates the art of mak­ing tra­di­tion­ally fer­mented foods and bev­er­ages such as cul­tured veg­eta­bles, sauer­kraut, kim­chi, kom­bucha, kefir, pick­les, beer, wine, cider, and sour­dough bread, and empow­ers you to make these foods at home.
