Perhaps, Gruber was correct!  The U.S. Congress and Senate controlled by the Democrats are smarter than We The People.  After all, they’ve managed to support every agenda that is unread, unconstitutional, unlawful, and illegal by allowing themselves to be declared “meaningless” by a U.S. President during a public State of the Union speech.  The U.S. Congress shocked Americans when the members of Congress stood up and applauded.  They allowed a non-vetted unidentified President, reared in Indonesia named Barry Soetoro, who attended a Catholic School that only taught the Koran and Islamic studies, to slip into the Senate and into the oval office without properly vetting, identifying, or holding him accountable for writing excessive Executive Orders that were never intended to make laws.  In fact, he’s written more Executive Orders than any U.S. President in U.S. History without any opposition by the Congress. And, the Democratic-RINO Congress provided Obama their  undying support by failing in their duty as the President devastated the economic status of the USA by allowing two credit downgrades and the highest unemployment rates increase for decades as well as the highest national debt to increase that is unprecedented in U.S. History.  He egregiously exercised reckless spending and he’s recklessly spent more tax dollars than all U.S. President combined in 239 years.  Now, America faces open borders and illegals living on our soil being handed out illegal Identifications, so they can vote in 2016, as well as illegal Driver’s Licenses, Work Permits, and housing, welfare, and Obamacare on the backs of the American people!  Handing out these unlawful and illegal passes to amnesty guarantees to wipe out all efforts to prevent voter fraud by asking to see a photo identification.

DEMAND CONGRESS EXPLAIN THE LAW TO AMERICANS!

It is my hope that the American people will demand Senator Harry Reid and Speaker John Boehner be forced to explain to the American taxpayers, registered voters, and legal citizens, under which U.S. Constitutional authority that the U.S. Democratic-RINO Senators are applying that allows them the constitutional, lawful, and legal right and authority to make backroom deals in order to fund the budget by holding the budget hostage and risking the welfare and safety of Americans and the U.S. Military.  Funding the budget is their fiduciary job duty for which they are paid by the taxpayers. They must be strongly urged to explain how the Senators who were legally voted out of office and no longer will hold the power of the purse strings are being granted the unconstitutional authority to deny the new GOP Senators in 2015, the right to control the purse strings during 2015 which is their fiduciary duty as required by the U.S. Constitution since the former Senators are no longer elected Senators in control of the purse strings!  This appears to be an Abuse of Power as well as Obstruction of Justice in the year 2015!

I strongly urge the American people to demand from Senator Harry Reid, Obama, and the Democratic-RINO outgoing Senators be made to explain their actions which appears to be another “trick” used by this outrageous regime.  Since when is it constitutional, lawful, and legal to behave worse than unethical used car salesmen and refuse to fund the budget for the following year and under which law are they refusing to  relinquish the  control of the purse strings to the new GOP  during 2015, when the current Senators aren’t in power of the Congress and Senate, any longer?   Isn’t their action like holding an imaginary gun to the heads of the current and new GOP Congress and saying – “Pay up or else?”  Doesn’t their behavior border on extortion since they haven’t the constitutional power to control the senate which requires controlling the purse strings in 2015?  If the outgoing Senate controls the purse strings then what was the point of the November 4, 2014 elections? I guess Hillary is right, “What difference does it make?”

Remember, that Boehner promised to defund Obamacare and failed to do so.  The only hope left is for the new GOP Congress and Senate to defund Obamacare by March 2015, but Americans have been “tricked” and “Gruberized” to fund unread, unconstitutional, unlawful, and illegal laws that force Americans to pay for their own demise and the demise of future generations in America and around the world as they implement Shariah Law and Dhimmitude on U.S. soil which should be considered as alleged treason.
