doug rozmanDouglas Rozman has traded the top corporate communications post at BNY Mellon's securities services operation Pershing to lead comms. for HSBC in the United States.

The veteran financial sector communicator exits Pershing after three years overseeing PR, internal comms. and its charitable foundation.

He previously led global corporate comms. for lending and financial services giant CIT and discount broker TD Waterhouse, in addition to in-house posts at DaimlerChrysler's finance unit, MasterCard and Mercedes-Benz Credit Corp.

Regulatory communications chief Diane Bergan had been serving as interim head of US communications at HSBC after the departure of Lisa Sodeika, who stepped down as EVP of corporate affairs earlier this year and previously oversaw North American comms., PA, policy and sustainability for the British bank holding company.
