Lifesaving Resources will be conducting its 14th annual INTERNATIONAL ICE RESCUE TRAIN-THE-TRAINER ACADEMY, February 18 - 21, in Portland, Maine.  The purpose of this intensive 3.5-day program is to train Public Safety and Rescue First Responders as Ice Rescue Instructors.  Upon successful completion of the Academy, graduates will be authorized to conduct Ice Rescue Awareness, Operations, and Technician level courses on behalf of their own departments/agencies.
