Only a small difference exists between average and exceptional in every person. That small difference is passion and focus.  The real winners are champions of cooperation rather than the champions of competition and they excel by helping others get what they want. Independence has been replaced by interdependence. Winners consistently excel in life by providing valuable knowledge and services to others.

Winning is using the potential and talent you were born with and have now developed. Happiness and fulfillment are the natural by-products of leading a worthwhile life. Happiness is the journey, not the destination. We are in the era of survival of the wisest and the most ambitious.

How much you really want something determines how hard you work to achieve it. Most of us know what to do, we just don't do it. That's why passion is so important in all personal and business situations. Don't try to make a fortune. Become passionate about your work, your life and your desired outcome. Find your career passions, engage and help others and you'll earn a great living.

Feed your self-image positive thoughts and words every day. This reinforcement builds confidence. Use words like: I can, I will, I look forward to, I'd be simply delighted and say YES to greater success. Learn to accept compliments with grace and style. Respond to a compliment: thank you, thank you very much. Focus on constant and never-ending improvement.

Avoid negative people and violent television shows. Instead of reading the news, why not create the news with a positive spin. Napoleon said "imagination rules the world." Einstein said "imagination is the world." Our self-image determines our self-actualization. Position yourself in the Winner's Circle and radiate you at your most vibrant best.
