On May 18
th, the Ad Council went to Boston! Apart from our collective craving for clam chowder and love for all things Beantown, we had other reasons to head up North. Our amazing board member Karen Kaplan of Hill Holliday hosted us at their downtown Boston office for a celebration of our newest campaign with NRDC, Save the Food! We brought in Catherine Smart from
WGBH Craving Boston and Ashley Stanley from
Lovin’ Spoonful’s for a casual conversation about food waste prevention and what we can do in our home kitchens and communities to address the issue.
