STRETCH YOURSELF
When you challenge yourself like this several things will happen. You may suffer some self-doubt and want to go back where it was easier…to your comfort zone. Resist! Stretch yourself and increase the difficulty of your goals! Old negative patterns may re-emerge but don’t let that ancient pre-programming defeat you. Remind yourself…you are an optimist. Direct your mind to mentally discard all negative thoughts…like emptying the trash…imagine all the negative thoughts flowing out of your body for good.
FIND SUPPORT FOR SUCCESS!
We all need support…it’ not easy to do this alone. Surround yourself with people who support you and are on board with your vision and dreams. Leave the negative people behind! It’s time to change. If you are quiet speak up; if you are too serious then laugh a lot; if you’re always pessimistic, become an optimist. Just try it. Create the positive energy inside your mind to activate the chi and make your dreams come true. You can do it.
