Registration for the Ninth National Medicare Supplement Insurance Summit has opened officially today according to the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance (AAMSI), the conference organizer.
The only national conference exclusively focused on Medigap insurance takes place April 11-13, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Over 500 individuals attended the 2016 Summit held in Kansas City.
"The Medicare Supplement insurance market continues to grow as millions of Americans become part of the Medicare program and this is the one place to network, learn and keep up to date," explains Jesse Slome, conference organizer and director of AAMSI.
The conference offers sessions on marketing and selling, pricing and actuarial trends, legislative and regulatory, technology as well as underwriting and administrative issues facing insurers and those active in the Med Supp insurance arena.
The Association announced a special Early Registration discount of $100 for those who register before September 30. Simply enter the code 'spon17ms100' in the Referral Code box when completing the online registration.
Conference organizers also announced a free day for agents program that will take place immediately prior to the start of the national conference. "We open the doors for agents who want to attend special sessions focused on selling and meet with all the exhibitors attending," Slome explained. There is no cost to attend but an entry pass which can be accessed via the conference website is required to attend.
