Susan Neri-Friedwald, CHT, Author of CD “Removing Limiting Beliefs” Founder-New Behavior Institute

September 23 is Dear Diary Day. What a great day to start journaling!

?Journaling can help you work through many issues? says Susan Neri-Friedwald, ChT., author of the CDs ?Removing Limiting Beliefs? and ?Let Your Stress Go? (www.NewBehaviorInstitute.com). ?When you are feeling overwhelmed, wish to release anger or express your thoughts, write it all down?, suggests Neri-Friedwald.

Susan continues, ?Often you discover that, although you begin with negatives, fears and doubts, as you continue writing you work through those thoughts and feelings and finish by feeling positive, strong and hopeful. You often resolve the issue for yourself and feel better.?

So use this first day of Fall to fall into a great new habit. Honor Dear Diary Day by beginning your own journal and take charge of how you feel about yourself, your feelings and your life.

Susan Neri-Friedwald is the author of the CDs ?Removing Limiting Beliefs? and ?Let Your Stress Go? (available at www.NewBehaviorInstitute.com) and 11 others which help people learn how to take control and make positive changes in their lives. She is Founder of the New Behavior Institute and a Cognitive Behavioral Specialist for both individuals and corporations. She is an Executive & Life Coach, Presenter & Keynote Speaker and Certified Hypnotist (NGH, ABH, IMDHA, IACT). Susan has been quoted in The Hartford Courant, Orlando & Sun Sentinel, University of Connecticut Health Newsletter, Sacramento Bee, Women?s World, Quick & Simple, Arizona Republic, Black Enterprise and others and been a radio guest on WOR, WBAI, WHBC.
