Stuart Cross becomes founding member of 'Best Practices' Masterminds: Morgan Cross Consulting develops its international network
Stuart Cross, founder and director of Morgan Cross Consulting, is one of the founding members of the "Best Practices Mastermind Group", an international network of management consultants from the USA, Canada and the UK. Mr. Cross, based near Newark (Nottinghamshire), is the only UK consultant in this network.
"I am delighted to be a member of this small but select group," says Mr. Cross. "Although there are many consultancy networks, only a few genuinely put the client's interest first. As a group, we are committed to leveraging our international experience to produce even better results for our clients"

The Mastermind Group will meet monthly via internet conferencing facilities, ensuring that members maximise their efficiency. Mr. Cross also points out that the regular exchange will ensure that previously discussed actions are implemented effectively.
Apart from Mr. Cross, the founding members of the "Best Practices Mastermind Group" are Linda Henman of the Henman Performance Group (Missouri, USA) who is an expert on talent management, Katherine Radeka of Whittier Consulting (Washington, USA) and one of the USA's top consultants on new product development, and Phil Symchych of the Symchych Consulting Group (Regina, Canada) who works exclusively with entrepreneurs and high growth businesses.
