The cover-up Continues

Frank Langdon stands guilty of arson by ruling of Federal Judge Howard G. Munson. It was in Civil Court and James A. Resila presented a document he knew was a sham document as a true confession. James A. Resila lied when he presented it. Judge Munson was well aware the document was a sham confession, yet he ruled it was a true confession without one word from Frank Langdon. . Judge Munson completely ignored the sworn testimony of David Proper and Charles Wilson before Judge Leaman in Hudson. District Attorney Paul Czajka and Jason Shaw, who served as both attorney for Frank Langdon and attorney for Columbia County, conspired to withhold excitatory evidence from Judge Leaman. That prevented Judge Leaman from ruling Frank Langdon was innocence and concealed the improper arrest by Sheriff Paul Proper from Judge Leaman. Gary Greenwald was paid to present an appeal from Judge Munson's decision but deliberately let the time for appeal expire.
How can Frank Langdon ever establish his innocents if he is not given a trial after having been indicted for arson? Frank Langdon did not commit perjury nor did he burn any barn. Of the lawyers mentioned above, except for Judge Leaman, they all failed to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Frank Langdon never received due process of law, and stands guilty of arson by Judge Munson's decision. I requested a grand jury be seated to consider indictment of the lawyers. I also requested the Committee on Professional Standards to examine the action of the lawyers involved. As of today no action has been taken by the United States Attorney, the FBI or the Committee on Professional Standards. The only action was the retirement of Judge Munson after a request for his impeachment was filed with the House Judiciary Committee. The cover-up continues. I will be living at 170 Willow Pond Way, Penfield after December 1 and will call on Senator Schumer's Rochester office to see if anything can be done to correct this wrongful conviction. My prior request to his office was for the FBI to be contacted to see if they intended to respond to my request to them. Grant Langdon
