Workplace Safety Guides

Workplace Safety is the focus of a new Web site, which features a collection of articles with on-the-job safety tips that comply with government and industry standards.

WorkplaceSafetyGuides.com is a free resource for business owners and employees alike, with articles on back injury prevention, industrial ventilation, spray painting safety, siding safety and more. Also included is a guide to earthquake safety in an office setting.

"This site is full of real-world information that can save businesses time and expenses, workplace injuries and even death," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "Workplace safety is a serious issue, and I'm happy to bring these government-backed industry standards and advice to Internet users."

The articles relate safety standards and tips in a clear, easy-to-understand manner and can be used as a supplement to worksite-based training programs. Several of the articles are especially relevant to the construction industry, while others apply to virtually any workplace.

"From everyday things such as how to lift heavy objects, to fall protection while on scaffolding, WorkplaceSafetyGuides.com is a helpful resource that I plan to expand in the future," Savetz said.

WorkplaceSafetyGuides.com is owned by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
