Muskegon, MI - For the first time in ten years, Miss America 2006, Jennifer Berry, will travel to Michigan for the Miss Michigan Scholarship Pageant, June 15-17, at the Frauenthal Theatre located in downtown Muskegon.
Twenty-five contestants from across the state will compete for over $40,000 in cash scholarship awards and the title Miss Michigan 2006.
A press conference will follow immediately after the crowning of Miss Michigan 2006 on Saturday, the 17th, at approximately 10:15 p.m. in the Hilt Building of the Frauenthal Theatre.
In attendance will be Miss America 2006, Jennifer Berry, and the new Miss Michigan; and both will be available for questions and photo opportunities.
