CPA EARNS EXCLUSIVE CERTIFIED IN FINANCIAL FORENSICS CREDENTIAL

AS FINANCIAL FORENSICS EXPERT

Newport Beach, California, January 2009 ? JAMES F DAVIDSON, a CPA financial forensics expert and Managing Director of Avant Advisory Group with offices located in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, California, with a global practice, has recently been awarded the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) Credential by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The CFF Credential is granted only to select CPAs with considerable professional education and experience in financial forensics. Mr. Davidson is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds other related forensics and fraud related designations. As such, he has the requisite expertise for resolving a wide range of allegations of fraud and white-collar crime. He has special skills to obtain evidence, take statements, and write reports, testify to findings, and assist in all aspects of detecting and preventing white-collar crime. He is also a CTP (Certified Turnaround Professional) and CM&AA (Certified Merger & Acquisitions Advisor).

JIM DAVIDSON met the requirements to earn the CFF credential, which include demonstrating significant business experience in the area of financial forensics as well as completing a minimum number of hours of both practical and professional education activities in the area of financial forensics. The CFF Credential is granted exclusively to CPAs who are members in good standing of the AICPA which binds them to the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. CPAs who have earned the CFF Credential must be recertified every three years to maintain their credential.
