Ann Dolin M.Ed. is a recognized expert in education and learning disability issues. A former teacher with over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience, Ann founded Educational Connections Inc. to provide in-home tutoring to the Washington DC metropolitan area. She is an accomplished public speaker having delivered hundreds of presentations focused on academic achievement and parenting issues. Ann has been featured in many publications including The Washington Post, Parenting Magazine, Inc. Magazine, and Men's Health, and has appeared on Washington DC local television talk shows.

In the fall of 2010, Dolin published her book, Homework Made Simple: Tips, Tools, and Solutions for Stress-Free Homework, written to help parents address the core problems that commonly lead to homework stress. Homework Made Simple has received much praise and is the recipient of the Benjamin Franklin Award, Moms Choice Award, and Forward Book Review Award.

Dolin has a B.A. degree in child psychology and a M.Ed. in special education, ED, LD, MMR from Boston College. Dolin resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children.
