Princeton Scientist Dr. Jay Lehr helped write all major U.S. environmental regulations in the 1970s and 80s, testifying before congressional committees more than three dozen times. He has authored or edited 18 textbooks on science, health and technology. The last six published in the past four years by McGraw-Hill and John Wiley & Sons.
Dr. Lehr's expertise is amazingly diverse enabling him to Speak and debate on subjects varying from genetics and biotechnology to nuclear energy, hydrogen fuel cells and global warming. John Wiley will publish his four volume Encyclopedia of Water in April of 2005. His most recent release is Modern Ground Water Exploration, a book which explains how satellite data can help us locate useful water suppies around the world. Lehr's personal profile is equally as interesting. He trains daily for the Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon which he has already completed nine times, and holds a current world skydiving record which he adds to each month.
