A native of Cuba, Louisa Moritz came to the United States and lived the American dream of a foreigner
by finding success first in show business and now as an attorney practicing in Southern California.
She arrived in the United States from Cuba with the rather infamous last name of Castro, however, upon
established herself in the entertainment business as a performer in movies, on television shows and in
the theatre. She has appeared in a number of very famous movies, including co-starring with Jack
Nicholson and Danny Devito in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
Louisa has appeared in over 75 movies, TV Shows and commercials. Some of the feature films Louisa
appeared in were Cuba, starring Sean Connery, Death Race 2000, starring Sylvester Stallone and
Up in Smoke, starring Cheech & Chong. Her television credits include starring roles with Joan Collins
in the The Cartier Affair, The Associates with Emmy Award winning actor John Ritter, The Rockford
Files with James Garner and numerous appearances on such shows as Laugh-In, The Tonight
Show with Johnny Carson as well as Jay Leno and The Merv Griffin Show.
