A new category of printable forms for landlords are among the recent new additions to the site BusinessFormTemplate.com. Counting the nearly 100 just-added forms, the site has 347 business forms, charts, letters, and other printables that will save small business owners time and money.

"These 96 new forms comprise the largest addition I've made to the site since its launch in 2008," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "Plus, I've created an entirely new category for landlords."

The printable landlord documents include: rental agreements, eviction notices, inspection charts and a lease termination letter. Some of the forms are appropriate for renters and property managers as well.

Other new forms on BusinessFormTemplate.com include: letters, articles of incorporation, survey templates, inventory lists, agendas, daily cash sheets, delivery schedules, a credit history record, maintenance records, attendance sheets, employee evaluations, budgets, phone logs, a job application, janitorial checklists, memos, a meeting minutes template and shift schedules.

There are also many new forms and charts for nonprofits and schools, such as silent auction bid sheets, sports sponsorship forms, pledge and donation logs and a donations tracker with a thermometer to fill in.

"While many of the forms are intended for small business owners, a lot of them are also useful to freelancers, volunteers and other individuals," Savetz said. "For example, there are financial forms and budgets for the home as well as attendance logs for various community meetings and team rosters and contact lists for recreational sports."

All of the business forms and letters are free to print as DOC files, and in many cases there is a PDF as well. The DOC version can be edited and customized using Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible program such as Google Docs or Open Office. Yet another option is the business form collection in one convenient download.

"Despite all these new additions, the all-in-one download is still just $20" Savetz said. "This collection is especially convenient for business owners who prefer immediate access to the printables without needing to find and download them one at a time."
