FreePrintableMedicalForms.com has added 40 new medical forms that serve as office forms for clinics, doctors, and patients.
"There are a lot of home printables for patients to keep track of their medication schedules or to track their symptoms," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "But there are also plenty of forms for doctors and hospital staff."
Many of the new forms can be used as informative signs for visitors to a clinic or hospital. Some of the hospital forms are yellow Caution signs for X-Ray rooms and radiation issues. Others notify patients where to form lines or how to present medication for inspections. There are even formal maroon or navy signs that can be used to label Exam Rooms, Consultation Rooms, and Procedure Rooms.
For patients, there are a lot of new ways to keep track of symptoms, medications, and more with the printable medical logs. These include records for tracking breast self-exams, epilepsy episodes, RPE sessions, seizures and glucometer readings. Some, like the dosing calendar, can be tracked by day of the month. Others, like the virus symptom log or angina record, track events and symptoms.
There are 378 medical forms at FreePrintableMedicalForms.com, designed to cover everything from medication schedules to diabetes trackers to nutrition logs. All of them can be used to keep track of appointments, pills, treatments and immunizations. A free version is available as a PDF, while the editable DOC file is $3.99.
There are more than 90 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
