In the fast-paced film industry, as well as for videography businesses, video production forms often have to be on hand to avoid costly delays or mistakes.

The website BusinessFormTemplate.com recently added a selection of movie and video production forms to its collection of 250 ready-to-use business forms.

"BusinessFormTemplate.com has dozens of forms for all types of industries, plus at-home uses," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "Due to repeated requests, I've added 18 forms especially for people who work in video and film production."

Many of the forms are as appropriate for a big-budget movie set as they are for a local videographer. There's a video production contract, a camera shooting log, daily production reports, a production rate sheet, signout sheets and other relevant forms and notices.

The new category also includes release forms for actors, extras, location use and more. There is also a shooting notice to post on location.

Users simply download the forms, customize them in Microsoft Word (or another DOC-compatible word processor such as Google Docs), print and they're good to go.
