This weekend return to the days of the gold rush and adventures of Indiana Jane. Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. come and enjoy gold panning and gem hunting at the Lifetime Ranch- in historic Rough and Ready/ Penn Valley California. Experience the life of a treasure hunter, looking for hidden gold and sparkling minerals and gems.

Nevada County has long been a lucrative source of precious gold and other collectable stones for years. But few have had the chance to experience so much history and hands -on fun until now.

Join us monthly (July 12 and 13, August 23 and 24, September 13 and 14, October 11 and 12, November 1 and 2) at the Lifetime Ranch, one of the only private locations where you can learn to pan for gold in Nevada County and the only location you can search for gemstones from California and around the world.

Treasure kits start at twelve dollars, allowing for hours of fun. All treasure hunters guaranteed to find gem stones, gold or lovely collectable minerals in every pay dirt panning concentrate bag, just like treasure hunting amount depends on the treasure bag you chose. Can?t make it- visit our website and we will ship you your own personal treasure hunt to enjoy ? makes a great gift for grand children, groups and schools.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the Lifetime Adoption Foundation, a non profit organization helping women and children. If you would like more information on our treasure hunting events or Lifetime Adoption Foundation please call 530-432-7383 or visit www.TreasuresInABag.com.
