PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net has introduced 15 new
printable invoices for specific careers that are decorated with images and icons associated with each job.
"Some businesses charge by units and quantity and others charge by service and rate," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "Anyone running a company should make sure they have the right invoice for the services they provide."
The new
business invoices include templates for law firms, graphic designers, online auction sites, funeral homes and students. These can be used to bill customers, organize files, provide receipts, contact shipping crews or draw up estimates for interested clients.
Also good for small businesses are the new additions of progress payments, monthly statements, reimbursement and advance payment invoices. Each one is designed to help calculate figures quickly and accurately.
There are more than 171 invoice templates at PrintableInvoiceTemplates.net that are designed as expense reports, billing documents, purchase orders, credit memos and more. They are offered in three versions: PDF, DOC and XLS. The PDF may be downloaded and printed for free, with the information filled in by hand. The DOC costs $7 and can be downloaded and filled in using a compatible word processor such as Microsoft Word. The XLS files are designed for Excel and other compatible spreadsheet programs. The XLS files are also $7 and automatically compute the numbers that are entered.
"The DOC and XLS files are especially handy for owners who manage their businesses electronically," said Savetz. "With the XLS file, you don't even have to do your own math. It's a huge time-saver."
There are more than 80 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free
