An analysis of data from the New York City Department of Health by Excellent Ones Consulting LLC revealed that 49% of Brooklyn restaurants received a sanitary inspection grade lower than A. Many people refuse to eat at restaurants with sanitary inspection grades less than stellar. In turn, these establishments lose customer patronage and profits decline.
Brooklyn restaurants have an opportunity well within their reach to show customers that they are devoted to the highest level of quality. "Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their championship character." said T. Alan Armstrong.
"According to NYC 1 in 3 customers are concerned with these health grades. This is money being lost by restaurants with grades less than an A." said Othniel Denis, Principal of Excellent Ones Consulting.
