Hilco Industrial and JV Partner Maynards will be conducting the public auction sale of assets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, September 28, 29 and 30, 2010 beginning at 9:00 AM PST each day. The auction will feature presses, plastics, robots, machine tools, inspection equipment, massive quantities of shop and factory equipment, spare parts and crib items.

New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. (NUMMI) is an automobile manufacturing facility in Fremont, California that operated as a joint venture between General Motors and Toyota from 1984 to 2010. Spanning 5.2 million square-feet, the NUMMI plant contained a plastics facility for fabricating bumpers, instrument panels, and interior panels, a stamping facility for creation of sheet metal parts, a welding facility that assembled all metallic parts, and paint facilities for both passenger vehicles and truck cabs.
