Is Faster Better?

It depends.

Faster writing can be good.

Sometimes.

Faster but less authentic and fake = not good —– AT ALL!!!

Faster medical diagnosis = Good

Faster medical diagnosis that is inaccurate = Way Not Good!

Email is much faster than a physical postal letter.

However, there is a place for both.

We have to use our judgment.

Hey, I’m glad that credible, professional medicine, diagnosis, and medically-sound prescriptions can be faster thanks to AI developments.

However, we still need wise, trained, knowledgeable medical professionals involved in the decision-making process.

Like so many things in life, it is NOT either/or — it is both/and.

Use judgment.

Know what AI can do.

Know when a warm human response will be better.

Yeah, it’s called wisdom.

It’s called judgment.

It’s about discerning what is the optimal decision — using various tools and thinking procedures to get the most likely, best approach.

AI can facilitate and make life and work better in many ways.

Think.

Sometimes a car or bus is the better mode of transportation.

Sometimes a run or a walk is even better for various reasons.

Use your judgment and keep learning.

Don’t go to either extreme.

Usually, extremes are not good alternatives.

AI has a place for us in business and in our personal lives. However, it should not “take over” everything we do.

The more we know about it and what it can do, the better off we are.

Even more, we need to know a lot about it so we know wisely what AI should NOT do.

What do you think?

How do you decide when to use AI and when not to?

I would love to hear from you.

To Your Success,

Terry
