New Rules of Self Employment author and speaker Anthony Signorelli posted a discussion on the topic of beyond vision to action. "Most small entrepreneurs who have chosen their work carefully are challenged to get what they want out of that work," says Signorelli. "They already have the vision and mission. What they need is skill and the inner discipline to apply that skill to a work that they love."

"A small group of entrepreneurs who are not prospective customers or competitors, can be a huge opportunity for the entrepreneur. Almost invariably, someone in a small group of 5-6 experienced entrepreneurs will have had some experience similar to what you are going through, which could turn out to be very helpful."
