The National Association of Baby Boomer Women (NABBW) and BoomerWomenSpeak.com is proud to announce that Sue William Silverman, author of Fearless Confessions: A Writer's Guide to Memoir, will be featured in the Boomer Women Speak Community Forums for the month of August, 2009. Sue is also the author of Because I Remember Terror, Father, I Remember You. Her second memoir, made into a Lifetime TV movie, is Love Sick: One Woman's Journey through Sexual Addiction. She teaches writing at the Vermont College of Fine Arts.

Sue will offer women an opportunity to ask detailed questions on writing memoirs, how to fill your stories with emotions, obtaining agents, publishers, and any writing questions brought to the forums.

Dotsie Bregel, founder and CEO of the National Association of Baby Boomer Women, says, "We want to encourage forum members to stop by and visit the community during August and ask our guest, Sue William Silverman your writing questions. If you're currently not a member, we encourage you to join and as always, membership is free. Sue knows that baby boomers spend a great deal of time in reflection and would love to record their life's journey; however, they have questions; lots of questions or, how to's. That's one reason we felt her visit to the forums would speak to so many baby boomer women who have a story inside, but don't know where to begin. This visit isn't just about memoir writing; however. Any writing-related questions are welcome!

Bregel continues with, "Would you like to jump start your writing life? If so, don't miss this opportunity to talk to the expert, NABBW member Sue William Silverman, during August in the BoomerWomenSpeak forums. We've already discovered what an exciting time this is in our lives; now here's the opportunity to ask the expert how to document your personal experiences and stories from the past, as well as questions you have about writing in general. At Boomer Women Speak, we believe our mission of educating, empowering, and enlightening baby boomer women will be reflected by Sue's knowledge, counsel, teachings and recommendations."
