Finally! Weight Loss Information
You Can REALLY Use ...
So You Can Begin to Create
a Thinner, Healthier You!
Can a HYPNOTIST help me lose pounds but not leave me quacking like a duck?
Listen in to the show and find out how the power of your mind can help you achieve the weight loss you want and feel better about yourself.
Susan Gayle says:
The first step in weight loss is to stop dieting! It?s about learning to have a new relationship with food. It?s fascinating how often we eat something only because we think it?s our last chance to eat it, because ?tomorrow we?re starting a diet?. So we kill the diet the night before, and then don?t begin the diet because ?what?s the point, I killed it yesterday?! So giving yourself permission to eat what you like anytime you want breaks that cycle. When you are allowed to eat it, guess what happens? You don?t really want it anymore. Forbidden is a word that is very enticing ? so get that word out of your vocabulary. Learn how to incorporate the foods you love, compensate for when you do eat them, and lose weight. It?s what you do consistently that makes the difference ? not what you do on a single night.
Gayle continues:
Eat what you wish, but slow down ? eat slowly ? enjoy, savor what you?re eating, and listen to your body so that you stop when you?re not hungry anymore. You don?t have to eat the whole thing; it?s not your last chance, because if you want, you can always have it again tomorrow.
Learn to enjoy your food more, feel satisfied, eat only when you?re hungry and lose weight. Your mind is the key. Develop a healthier relationship with food and with yourself. Begin now, at the weight you?re currently at, to feel great about yourself, your body and how you look. Then, through the unique combination of relaxation and focused thought called Hypnosis, you can learn to create the body you want and achieve the lasting weight loss and health you desire. Empower yourself. Listen in to the One Roast Vegetable show for Weight Loss Week
