The winner of the Reuben award for Outstanding Cartoonist of the Year was an unprecedented tie between Rick Kirkman, of the comic strip "Baby Blues," and Brian Crane, of "Pickles."
The Reuben award, as well as the division awards, were presented at a gala this past Saturday in Pittsburgh.
