New classroom printables have been added to the website TeachersPrintables.net, which has nearly 1,500 printables ranging from hall passes and seating charts to worksheets and classroom management forms.
"Many of the new teachers' printables are also appropriate for students, substitutes and homeschooling parents," said Kevin Savetz, who created the site in 2008. "Each item on the site can be downloaded individually for free.
TeachersPrintables.net has new illustrated flash cards, grading tools, forms and more.
The new parent communication forms include absence reminders, tardy slips and authorized pickup lists. The site also has new logs such as typing skills trackers and an "items borrowed" list.
New attendance charts have been added, including weekly and monthly personal attendance records for one class or multiple classes. New variations on grade book paper have been added, too, along with a group project evaluation, a reading level chart and a student progress chart.
The new set of flash cards at TeachersPrintables.net show photos or graphics of actions, activities, objects and emotions. These cards are perfect for educators working with students who are visual learners or have communication challenges.
Also just-added to the site are printable photo frames for the student of the day, week and month. These can be sent home with kids or displayed in the classroom or hallways as a form of recognition.
TeachersPrintables.net also has graphic organizers, library forms, a Teacher Organization Binder with coordinating pages and much more. There are thousands of worksheets at sister site InstantWorksheets.net. And PrintablePaper.net has lined, graph, penmanship and specialty paper.
The items at TeachersPrintables.net are free to download and print individually in PDF or customizable DOC (Microsoft Word) format. There's also an option to purchase a classroom or whole-school license to conveniently download everything at the site and have a license to reproduce them for use in a classroom or school. The classroom printables collection includes bonus papers from PrintablePaper.net. A classroom license is $27 and a whole-school license is $67.
There are more than 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
