Author, public speaker and former college professor Carol Swain offered a stark repudiation of institutional diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs during an event at Sandhills Classical Christian School on Thursday evening.

Sponsored by the “We The People Conservative Caucus” and attended by local elected officials, Board of Education members and Moore County residents, Swain described her take on the history of DEI and its pitfalls.
