Gerarda Shields and Bill Taylor, a young couple who graduated from Manhattan College are ready to take the next step into their relationship and buy their first home together. They love being together, however the three hour commute between their two residences has become too much. They want to find an affordable home near to where they met a few years ago in the Riverdale area of the Bronx.

They selected Realtor, Eugenia Foxworth to assist them in finding their dream home.
