CureSearch National Childhood Cancer Foundation has teamed with retailer Kidz b Kidz to unveil a unique line of products that uses artwork created by children who want to make a difference by creating awareness and raising funds for childhood cancer research.

Kidz b Kidz is a non-profit collaboration of Nancy Corderman, a textile and clothing designer, and Jan Weinshanker, the owner of a ceramic dinnerware company. Kidz b Kidz products evoke the innocence, hope and cheerfulness that underlie a message of caring and desire to be part of finding cures.

CureSearch exclusively supports the life-saving childhood cancer research of the Children?s Oncology Group (COG), the world?s premier pediatric cancer research collaborative. This campaign will help raise awareness about childhood cancer, the #1 cause of death from disease in children in the United States.

?CureSearch is pleased to partner with Kidz b Kidz,? says Stacy Haller, Executive Director of CureSearch. ?We are grateful to Kidz b Kidz for giving children an opportunity to get involved. By using their artistic skills at an early age, they are inspired to help others now, and hopefully in the future. This sends a clear message that together, we can reach the day when every child with cancer is guaranteed a cure.?

?Art has always been a great means for children to express themselves,? says Nancy. ?Our program gives them a voice and a means to help, while ultimately raising much needed funds for childhood cancer research.?

The Kidz b Kidz Tees line is available at Nordstrom?s Department stores on November 28th, 2008 and other retail outlets beginning February 2009. Shoppers can also view the full product line of Kidz b Kidz at www.kidzbkidz.org. Or visit www.CureSearch.org/giftshop.
