Dr. Gruver set to speak on stress and mind/body medicine.

Santa Barbara, CA, June 17, 2013 -- The 4th Annual Digital Pharma West http://digitalpharmaseries.com/west/agenda.php) will feature acclaimed author and speaker, Dr. Kathy Gruver as one of their keynote presenters. This four-day event will cover such topics as productivity, growing customer base, marketing, dozens of case studies and will feature amazing and educational speakers.

Gruver will be presenting on stress and mind/body techniques. She will also be leading a table discussion on on-line patient education. With over 20 years of experience in natural health and alternative medicine, Dr. Gruver brings a unique combination of formal education and life experience to create an entertaining and inspiring workshop.

Much of Gruver's talk is based on her latest books; Body/Mind Therapies for the Bodyworker and Conquer your Stress with Mind/Body Techniques. Both of these books education professionals and the general public on the history of stress, the stress response and how it affects our health and dozens of techniques to help you conquer your stress. Gruver is also the author of the award-wining book, The Alternative Medicine Cabinet, which was recently turned into a national TV series. It was selected as a winner of the Beverly Hills Book Awards and a finalist for the IndyExcellence Awards.
