Eat Smart Expert Ruth Houston, author of the upcoming book Eat Smart and Lose Weight:  Scientifically Proven Ways to Lose Weight without Diets or Exercise  recently appeared as a guest on Amanda Kostura's and  Kelsi Amerine's podcast Grow Your Path to Wellness.

Ruth discussed common weight loss lies we've been brainwashed to believe, and revealed some shocking facts about diets that the multi-billion dollar weight loss industry would rather the public not know

Ruth explained to Amanda and Kelsi why successful weight loss / weight control does not have to involve dieting, counting calories, giving up favorite foods, going hungry, hours of working out at the gym or any of the negative things people normally associate with losing weight.
