 | Pivotal launched its Leadership Academy (PLA) on August 20, 2015, with a special ribbon cutting ceremony officiated by David Harrington, Chief Executive Officer of the Prince George's Chamber of Commerce. PLA offers leaders access to professional development and training that truly motivates, inspires, and supports them in their quest to be exceptional leaders. The programs are backed and inspired by the latest academic research and practitioner successes and designed to provide a highly personal experience for developing meaningful action plans that enhance confidence, capacity, and capability to lead. |

Pivotal Partners with the ROI INSTITUTE Pivotal established a partnership with the ROI Institute to deliver its ROI Certification Program in the Greater Washington D.C. area. The ROI Certification Program is the most comprehensive way to gain the skills, resources, and knowledge to measure the value of programs and projects of all types.Pivotal will host a certification program in 2016 targeted to the public sector. The program will consist of 2 1/2 days of in-person training augmented with independent activities before and after class. The new program is designed to support busy professionals for whom it would be difficult to be away from the office for five days while providing enhanced content. The program has the added benefit of allowing more time for reflection and practice. Stay tuned for more details. |

An Award Winning Year! Accolades from the Prince George's Chamber of Commerce - Patrina Clark, President and Founder, was awarded the 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Prince George's Chamber of Commerce (Chamber). Clark was also one of three nominees for the Chamber's Business Woman of the Year Award.Clark Joins the Class of 2016 Enterprising Women of the Year - The annual Enterprising Women of the Year Awards is widely considered one of the most prestigious recognition programs for women business owners. To win, nominees must demonstrate that they have fast-growth businesses, mentor or actively support other women and girls involved in entrepreneurship, and stand out as leaders in their communities. Clark will be recognized with other honorees at the 14th Annual Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration & Conference at the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida in February. |

What an Honor to Be Nominated! Clark has been nominated for the Daily Record's Top 100 Women. This special recognition goes to high-achieving women who are making an impact through their leadership, community service, and mentoring. Winners will be selected by past Top 100 honorees and business leaders based on professional accomplishment, community involvement, and commitment to mentoring. Winners will be announced February 26th. |
