Dan Weedin recently held an exclusive executive breakfast for area business leaders to highlight crisis management and business continuation strategies. Seven local business leaders at the Clearwater Casino Hotel in Suquamish attended the meeting.
Mr. Weedin spoke on organizational best practices and techniques to avoid, minimize, and respond to crisis that can lead to suspension of operations and loss of revenue. His guest speaker, David Shapiro from Excell Puget Sound in Seattle, spoke on crisis management on the individual executive level and how to perpetuate enhanced organizational development.
Dan Dierdorff, Executive Vice-President of Fortune Bank in Seattle said, "I was very impressed with the interaction and content that Dan Weedin presented in a recent seminar titled Beyond Fires & Flood. I will be encouraging my SBA/family owned business clients to attend future seminars that focus on the risks and threats that face business owners." Gaston Peter-Contesse, Director of Finance at Kitsap Physical Therapy noted, "The value that I received was a way to organize and structure my thoughts around the area of business risk - I like having a straightforward template like the one Dan provided."
