Sending a
free fax over the Internet has become even easier, thanks to new FaxZero widgets for iGoogle and the MacOS Dashboard.
After the simple installation of the free Dashboard widget or Google gadget, Internet users can see the key FaxZero information and fill in their data to begin sending faxes from their computer for free.
The MacOS dashboard widget is available at
http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/business/sendafax.html and the Google gadget is available at
http://www.google.com/ig/directory?hl=en&type=gadgets&url=faxzero.com/widgets/sendafax.xml Via FaxZero, Internet users can send up to two faxes per day, of up to three pages each, for free anywhere in the United States or Canada. A premium fax service is available for $1.99, allowing more pages and priority delivery.
Both iGoogle and MacOS Dashboard offer Internet users a convenient entry point to often-used Internet services. Both feature personal calendar previews as well as news and weather updates, and other customizable features.
"The widget is a fun and useful addition to anyone's Web experience," Savetz said.
"I expect both home and business fax users will find it convenient."
