Fidelifacts/Metropolitan New York Earns FCRA Certification
Fidelifacts successfully completed the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Certification Program. The program explains components of the FCRA and consequences of noncompliance with federal law. By completing this course, Fidelifacts establishes its continued dedication to understanding and upholding FCRA regulations.

The FCRA Basic Certification course which Fidelifacts successfully completed was created by the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) to give Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRA) a broad overview of FCRA regulations so they can better protect and assist their clients. By attaining certification, Fidelifacts demonstrates its continued commitment to being a leader in the Background Screening Industry.
About FCRA Certification
The NAPBS launched the Basic Certification program in November, 2011 which Fidelifacts completed in December, 2011. Their goal was to develop a curriculum that offers an overall comprehension of the complex and multifaceted FCRA law.
