In a new article written on the www.FootCare4U.com website Dr. Burton S. Schuler, podiatrist (podiatry), foot care specialist of Panama City Fl writes about  a heel problem known as Overload Heel Pain Syndrome

Schuler stated that  Overload Heel Pain Syndrome is  a irritation  of the heel bone due to a day in and day out repetitive pressure from working, standing and walking.

The major different between plantar fasciitis and Overload Heel Pain Syndrome is where they cause pains to occur on the heels. In Overload Heel Pain Syndrome, the patients will have their pains appear more in the middle of the heel bone. With plantar fasciitis the discomfort is seen more in the inside of the heel bone.

As in most foot problems the underlying reason for these conditions is due to the well known medical problem of the Morton's Toe
