Especially for businesses and anyone who likes to plan ahead, a new website has launched with free printable 2012 calendars.

Printable2012calendars.com is the latest from FreePrintable.net, which previously launched Printable2011calendar.com, with dozens of variations of 2011 calendars to instantly download and print for free.

"This is the latest of FreePrintable.net's great calendar sites," said site creator Kevin Savetz. "Users can choose PDF or customizable DOC versions, and they're all free."

Two years ago, Savetz launched RocketCalendar.com, which offers the ability to print free calendars for any year from 1900 through 2099.

Printable2012calendars.com has full-page calendars for each month of 2012, as well as versions with all 12 months on one page. There are grid-style calendars, vertical and horizontal orientations, academic calendars, and calendars that start on Monday, as well as large print calendars. Many show major holidays in red type.

"The PDF versions can be easily viewed and printed using Adobe's free Acrobat reader," Savetz explained. "For those who would like the ability to type appointments, birthdays and so on into the calendars, the DOC version is perfect for Microsoft Word users."

There are nearly 70 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
