PrintableContracts.com has added 18 new sample contracts to its collection of 174 templates. All of the contracts are free to download and print.

"This is a popular website, and I've had a lot of user requests to add even more contracts and agreements," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "I now have more contracts for kids, clubs and investors. We even have an IOU."

The majority of the new contracts focus on agreements between children and their guardians or their schools. (These are not legally binding with minors, of course. In fact, check with an attorney when dealing with sensitive agreements.) There are new contracts concerning class attendance, bullying, drug use, staying home alone, accepting scholarships and applying for internships.

There are further additions to the property contracts categories such as real estate contracts, time share rentals and easement agreements.

Users can edit the contracts in a Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible word processing program or copy and paste the text directly from the website. Placeholder text has been provided in bold for specific information such as names, dates and terms of agreement.
