Shoppers can make their next trip to the grocery store easier by using a
free printable grocery list from the new Web site FreePrintableGroceryList.com.
"It's easy to get in the habit of jotting your grocery list down on little scraps of paper you find lying around, but then they end up hard-to-read or lost altogether," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "But with FreePrintableGroceryList.com, you can print out copies of a list you customize or a simple checklist to have on hand for shopping trips."
There are two dozen designs to choose from, both blank and pre-filled with common foods and products. The lists are lined, with checkboxes added for convenience. They come one, two, or three to a sheet and a couple include space for notes and
menu planning. All of the lists are free to instantly download and print in PDF and .DOC format.
Some of the grocery lists are illustrated with designs ranging from country to quirky. There's also a
master grocery list with more than 300 items already filled in. Simply check the boxes next to what you need, or even laminate the sheet to use again and again. There are also a few specialty lists, such as
low carb grocery list and a list for
stocking a pantry.
"Many visitors to my other FreePrintable.net sites have been asking for grocery lists for some time now," Savetz said. "I'm excited to add FreePrintableGroceryList.com, and to be able to offer all of the lists for free."
Since the lists are free in both PDF and .DOC format (editable in most word processing programs), they're perfect for grocery shoppers who like to hand-write their lists as well as those who prefer to type them up. Some shoppers might choose to save a master list of food and products their family typically buys.
