Attorneys, court officials, law students and people representing themselves in court can benefit from the two dozen new legal forms at LegalPleadingTemplate.com.
"This round of additions consists of a very broad range of forms," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. There are new court petitions and declarations as well as forms related to court dockets and jury trials. Other new legal forms include adoption petitions, a declaration for minor emancipation, custody agreements, and more.
"All of the forms and legal pleading paper templates at LegalPleadingTemplate.com are free to download and print," Savetz said. "There's also a paid, premium option to download the entire legal forms collection all at once. This is a big time-saver over downloading the nearly 300 templates one at a time."
Administrative court and law office forms for judges, judicial assistants and law clerks round out the selection of new forms. Attorneys preparing for trial, as well as law students, can print and use the document request letter, exhibit list, jury instructions template, jury voir dire questionnaire and notes, jury selection pool seating chart, trial deadlines form and witness list. The site also has quite a few notary forms.
LegalPleadingTemplate.com was launched in 2008 with a selection of numbered, ruled pleading paper designed for various court specifications. It's since expanded to include paper for states and territories as well as the aforementioned types of legal forms.
"There's a wide array of legal forms at LegalPleadingTemplate.com," Savetz said. "However, they're no substitute for legal advice, so consult an attorney as needed."
You can download any of the forms in PDF or, most cases, DOC (Microsoft Word) format instantly for free.
There are 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
