Two hundred new fun and challenging printable puzzles have been added to the website PrintPuzzles.net.
"There are now 1,271 Nonogram and Sudoku puzzles to choose from at a range of skill levels," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "They're free to download and print one at a time for free, or a few dollars for a downloadable 'puzzle book' collection."
Because Nonogram and Sudoku puzzles challenge the brain, PrintPuzzles.net includes a puzzle-solving guide as the second page of each download.
To solve a Sudoku puzzle, a player adds numbers to fill up a grid so each 3-by-3 "region" of the multi-celled puzzle contains the digits 1 through 9. Several numbers are prefilled in the beginner puzzles but only a few numbers in the harder puzzles.
Nonograms are logic puzzles with more complicated rules involving the use of basic math skills to gray out squares and gradually reveal a pattern or image.
The fun, convenient downloadable puzzle "books" contain hundreds of puzzles. Each digital puzzle book is $9.99. The puzzles are sorted by difficulty or with a variety of skill levels in one collection.
"After downloading a puzzle book, solvers can choose to print out and assemble the pages or simply store puzzles digitally and print the ones they want later," Savetz explained. "There are puzzles for everyone from beginners to experts at PrintPuzzles.net."
There are more than 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
