The website FreePrintableRecipeCards.net has added 30 new
recipe card templates, just in time for the summer potluck season.
"Summer is a great time for sharing food and recipes," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "FreePrintableRecipeCards.net has more than 150 cards to choose from, with fun designs that will help you stay organized."
The new
printable recipe cards include abstract designs, colorful flag backgrounds, bright summer colors, and pictures of cake, fruits and vegetables.
FreePrintableRecipeCards.net recently added
8x10 recipe cards, which are great for using in three-ring binders, sharing or laminating.
Holiday recipe cards and cards for specific events are also available, including designs for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine's Day. Each one can be downloaded and printed from a home computer.
"I recommend printing on cardstock," Savetz said. "As I've found it makes for sturdier, more durable recipe cards."
The recipe cards come in three lined sizes: 3x5, 4x6 and, with some designs, a full-page 8x10. PDF files are free, while customizable DOC files cost $7 and can be typed directly into in Microsoft Word or another DOC-compatible program.
There are more than 80 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free
printables sites created by
Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
